Support eingestellt, läuft nicht unter 10.11.2

Folgende Nachricht habe ich vom Verkäufer bekommen:

If the issue isnt caused by internet connection and basic troubleshooting wonf fix the issue then Im afraid we cant do anything about it. Platform changes, operating system upgrades, and the introduction of new device hardware often contribute to our decision to discontinue support for certain games. This means no more work or updates are planned for this app.
This particular game, although no longer supported, may still have a community discussing them on our forums. You can check the forums to see if theres a fix for this. Unfortunately, I can’t handle billing requests for you, as we don’t have access to billing information. Any questions about purchases will need to be sent to the place of purchase (such as Google Play, iTunes, or Amazon).“

Ich finde das mehr als frech, Geld einsacken und nirgendwo hinschreiben, dass das nicht kompatibel ist. Apple scheint das leider auch überhaupt nicht zu interessieren. Der Support von Glu ist auch katastrophal, die Webseite ist total undurchsichtig.
