Game Won’t Open

Just purchased this game and it will not open. Just shows a black screen. The support link offers no help. I emailed support and got nothing.
Seven bucks down the drain. Can anybody help me? Running on brand new imac with El Capitan. Support link gives a list of games then says “For other games, click the help link above’. Only one problem. There is no help link!
